                                        Although it improves people’s life but although it also provokes many negative emotions among people like, anxiety, tension, depression, stress, poor sleep quality, dissatisfaction with body image and cyber bullying, eating concerns, low self-esteem, and suicide risks because of less social interaction. Social media also detract the people from face to face relationships, reduce investment in meaning full activities , increase sedentary behavior by encouraging more screen time which leads to internet addiction . Students spend more time on social sites and as a result they shows reduce academic performance. This reduce their communication skill.so they are unable to communicate and socialize effectively in person with others. This media is ridiculously unbalanced which means our brains are triggered more by negative media than by neutral and positive media

                                    Man is a social animal that he can’t live without people, so the solution is to take advantage of it on a moderate level, give the quality time to your family, friend, and neighbors. Maintain your dignity, and respect. Emphasis share worthy content. If you feel your life is upset then focus on meditation. Do more physical jobs. Get enough sleep, pick up new hobbies and change the routine towards optimism.
