human interaction with robot interviewers

     

            It’s a common question, whether anyone feel comfortable or uncomfortable if a robot is conducting my interview. 

                            Then my answer is yes. I think I feel quite comfortable because of many reasons.

As time is running too fast, everyone is in so much hurry. We have noticed so many companies are using robots for the conduction of interviews and this is the big achievement of science. It is quite feasible because among a lot of candidates who apply, it may be sufficient to use this type of technology because the truly need at this time is to narrow the pool. It is also a time saving instead of many human beings doing nothing constructive, just engage in calling the candidates,a robot can individually do so very easily. In less time more work is done. No biased behavior affects the interviewee’s responses. Physical problems or emotional issues does not affect the interviewee’s response because this is something related to humans.

                            As many big companies motto “do a lot in shorten time” can only be fulfilled by just not rely on man power but also take robots as your partner.so I go with the claim of that pair “Russian entrepreneurs Alexei Kostarev and Alexander Uraksin” that “we were exhausted from this work and needed a change”.  

Being a human, maybe I sometimes feel uncomfortable as well but this is just because that it is actually cannot be a substitute of an experienced human entirely because a theory of wisdom fails here. Human beings show more flexible behavior. We could be better off thinking of this as an artificially intelligent agent problem. Lack of communicate sometime results in bad collaboration. It fails to imagine or understand anybody’s problem that one can face at that time.

  

 I do think,.... if my interview is conducted by a robot then it is absolute that this will happen. It would be more valid and can easily generalized, reliable free of biased behavior, no environmental factors will affect, no favoritism focused. No cultural, social and economic background will affect.
